Daneel works with systemic thinking and business constellations, using structured, repeatable formats that leave room for your own pace, content, intentions, and direction. Each session uses predefined steps and representations - this creates clarity and reliability - while you bring the actual material: your moment to moment experience and thoughts, your goals, relationships, dilemmas, and decisions.

If you're used to open-ended constellation work where the facilitator improvises in real time, to begin with this may feel unusual. However, our long experience in constellation practice shows that structured constellations can reach depth, offer meaningful and sometimes surprising shifts, and often make the process easier to enter and go through. The predetermined structure will carry you forward in the process while giving much room for your own creativity.

Below are the core session types, each tailored to common self development and daily business needs. Think of them as different tools in the same kit - whichever dilemma or question you bring, there's a session that can help you tap your inner creativity, open new possibilities and support you to take your next step.

Length and Rhythm

Most sessions take 30-45 minutes, enough time to complete a full constellation process. At the start of each session, Daneel can help you choose the format that best fits where you are today. And since he doesn't get tired and doesn't require scheduling, you're free to work at your own pace—one session a day, several in a row, or a weekly or bi-weekly slot dedicated to business exploration.

Representations

We recommend using Daneel alongside the Let's Constellate app for placing and moving your representations during a session. That said, feel free to use any other method that works for you—physical objects, paper cutouts, or any set of representations you prefer.
